We collect information you voluntarily provide through the funding- readiness assessment, the contact form, and consultation requests. This can include business information (such as legal name, industry, time in operation, and revenue range), contact details, and general, self-reported financial ranges relevant to funding readiness. We do not request full Social Security numbers, dates of birth, banking passwords, or full account or card numbers through these forms, and we do not pull consumer credit reports.
We use the information you provide to operate the assessment, generate your educational readiness report, support human administrator review, respond to contact and consultation requests, and, only with your explicit authorization, prepare a referral to an independent funding provider or to GrowLocalHub.
We do not share your information with an independent funding provider or with GrowLocalHub unless you have given explicit authorization for that specific referral. GrowLocal Capital and GrowLocalHub are affiliated services. GrowLocal Capital may receive compensation from independent funding providers for certain referrals. GrowLocalHub may separately earn revenue if you voluntarily purchase its website or business-growth services. You are not required to purchase GrowLocalHub services to use GrowLocal Capital, receive an assessment, or authorize a provider referral.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and compliance obligations, and support administrator review. Detailed retention schedules by data category are maintained separately. See docs/DATA_RETENTION.md.
We may use essential cookies or similar technologies needed for the site to function, such as maintaining form state or basic session information. This template does not currently describe any non-essential advertising or analytics cookies; if those are added, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of the information we hold about you, and to withdraw any consent (such as marketing consent or referral authorization) you previously gave. Contact us using the information below to make a request.
